Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Introduction
AInframework("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and prospective customers, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to AInframework.com and any related properties operated by AInframework.
2. Information we collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Information you provide directly. Your name, work email address, company or organization, your area of interest, and any message content you submit via our contact form or by emailing us.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) and — only if you opt in via the cookie banner — aggregate analytics about how visitors use the site.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and route it to the right person on our team.
- To follow up on the matter you contacted us about.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
5. Data protection and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights regardless of jurisdiction, to the extent reasonable.
5.1 Rights under GDPR (EU / UK / EEA)
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure — request that we delete your information ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to stop or limit processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g. analytics cookies), withdraw it at any time.
- Lodge a complaint — with your local supervisory authority.
Our legal bases under GDPR are: legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, responding to inquiries), consent (analytics/marketing cookies), and legal obligation (where law requires us to retain or disclose data).
5.2 Rights under CCPA / CPRA (California)
- Right to know what categories and pieces of personal information we collect.
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising).
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
5.3 Rights under India DPDP, UAE PDPL, and other jurisdictions
If you are protected by another data-protection regime — including the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act, UAE Federal Decree-Law on Personal Data Protection, Brazil's LGPD, or others — we will honor the substantive rights granted by that law on request.
5.4 How to exercise your rights
Email info@AInframework.com with the subject line "Data subject request" and tell us what you'd like. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner where required by law).
6. Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site and contact workflow. They process information only on our behalf, under contracts that include confidentiality and appropriate security commitments.
- Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) — processes contact-form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to our inbox. See Formspree's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — provides aggregate site analytics; loads only after you opt in. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider — serves the website to your browser and processes basic server-log information.
Where these providers are located outside your country, transfers are protected by mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (where applicable).
7. Data retention
We retain inquiry-related information for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain reasonable business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics data (if you opted in) is retained per the cookie table in Section 4.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle — including TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest where applicable, access controls, and a documented incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat customer-entrusted data with the same standards we apply for the infrastructure we operate.
9. Children
The site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. For substantive changes affecting how we use information you already provided, we will seek fresh consent where required.
