Cloud Transformation

Move to cloud without the drama.

A complete cloud transformation practice — strategy, migration, modernization, and managed operations. Our team has delivered $600M+ in M&A-driven integrations across 50+ countries and migrated 20+ enterprise applications from legacy environments — bringing real cutover experience, across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud.

  • Strategy + roadmap
  • Migration & re-platforming
  • Modernization (containers, serverless)
  • Multi-cloud orchestration
  • FinOps cost governance
  • 24/7 managed cloud ops
What we deliver

The capabilities you get with us.

Capability across the full transformation lifecycle, so you can choose how much to outsource at each stage.

Cloud strategy & roadmap

Workload-by-workload assessment (6Rs), TCO modeling, target architecture, and a sequenced roadmap your engineering and finance leaders can both sign off on.

Migration execution

Lift-and-shift, re-platform, or re-architect — with a cutover playbook that's been run before. We own dependency mapping, data movement, and the rollback plan.

Application modernization

Containerize on Kubernetes, decompose monoliths where it pays off, adopt serverless where it fits, and instrument for observability from day one.

Multi-cloud & hybrid

Identity, networking, secrets, and platform services unified across clouds and on-prem. Workload portability without the lowest-common-denominator trap.

FinOps & cost governance

Tagging policy, showback/chargeback, commitment management, anomaly detection, and engineering enablement to bake cost into design — not chase it after the bill arrives.

Managed cloud operations

24/7 monitoring, patching, incident response, capacity management, and SRE practices wrapped around your platform — so your engineers ship product instead of pager-chasing.

Use cases

What we're typically asked to solve.

Lift-and-shift to public cloud

You need to vacate a data center on a fixed timeline. We move the workloads pragmatically — not perfectly — and queue up modernization as a follow-on phase once you're stable in the new home.

Hybrid cloud build

Some workloads belong on-prem (data gravity, sovereignty, latency), others belong in public cloud. We design and run the seam — networking, identity, and operations — so it feels like one platform, not two.

Legacy app refactor

Monolith that's blocking you from moving fast? We pick the right decomposition strategy — strangler, sidecar, or wholesale rewrite — and execute it without freezing feature delivery.

Multi-cloud resilience

Customer or regulator demands geographic or provider redundancy. We design active-active or warm-standby across providers without doubling your operating cost.

How we work

A clear, repeatable engagement model.

No black boxes. Every engagement starts with discovery, runs through a defined plan, and ends with operating ownership clearly assigned.

01
Phase 01

Assess

Workload inventory, dependencies, current cost, and risk profile. Output: a sequenced roadmap with TCO, timeline, and the choices to make explicit.

02
Phase 02

Plan

Target architecture, landing zone, security baseline, network design, identity, observability, and a cutover playbook for each wave.

03
Phase 03

Migrate

Wave-by-wave execution with rehearsals, cutover windows, and rollback paths. We don't move what shouldn't move yet.

04
Phase 04

Operate & optimize

Steady-state operations, FinOps loop, continuous modernization, and a quarterly architecture review tied to your roadmap.

FAQ

Common questions.

Don't see yours? Ask us directly →

Which cloud providers do you work across?
AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and major private cloud stacks (VMware, OpenStack, Nutanix). We're vendor-neutral — the answer for your workloads is the answer, and we'll show our work on the trade-offs.
How do you handle data migration safely?
Tiered approach by data class: bulk transfer (Snowball/Data Box/Transfer Appliance) for cold data, continuous replication (DMS, AzCopy, or workload-native) for transactional systems, and rehearsed cutover windows for the systems that can't tolerate inconsistency. Every wave has a rollback plan defined before execution.
Can you take over a stalled migration?
Yes — and it's a common engagement shape. We assess what's been done, what's salvageable, and where the real blockers are (almost always organizational and data-related, not technical). Then we restart with a credible plan.
How do you ensure cloud costs don't run away?
FinOps practices baked into both design and operations: tagging policy enforced at provisioning, anomaly alerts, weekly variance review, commitment-based discount management, and engineering enablement so teams see cost impact in their workflow — not at month-end.
What does 'managed cloud operations' actually include?
Monitoring, patching, change management, incident response with defined SLAs, backup/DR validation, security posture management, identity governance, and a named technical lead who knows your environment. Scoped to your needs and your engineering team's appetite for ownership.
