You're hitting power, density, or cooling limits in your current footprint. We retrofit for higher density, add liquid cooling for GPU workloads, and re-engineer airflow without an extended outage.

- Do you own the facility or do we?
- Either model works. We can build and operate facilities you own, partner with you on a leased site, or place workloads in carrier-neutral colos we operate on your behalf. The right answer depends on your capex profile, sovereignty needs, and growth horizon — we'll model both.
- What's a typical timeline from kickoff to first racks online?
- For brownfield deployments (existing shell, capacity available), 8–16 weeks is realistic. Greenfield builds vary widely with permitting and utility lead times — assume 12–24 months end-to-end, with early-power options available at the 9–12 month mark in many regions.
- How do you handle high-density GPU racks?
- We design for rack densities of 40–100kW+ with rear-door heat exchangers or direct liquid cooling, redundant feeds sized to N+1 or 2N depending on tier target, and dedicated power distribution. We've deployed multiple GPU-heavy facilities and can share reference architectures under NDA.
- What certifications do you operate under?
- Our operating practices align with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS where applicable. We'll align facility design to your specific compliance footprint — including regional data sovereignty rules (GDPR, India DPDP, UAE PDPL, and others).
- How do you price?
- Build engagements are typically priced as a fixed fee for design and project management, with capex passed through transparently. Ongoing operations are priced on a monthly basis tied to footprint and service level. We share a clear commercial model in the first working session.
